Job Posting: Marketing Lead

Location: Based full-time in Bamfield, B.C.

Start Date: Summer/Fall 2025

As our first Marketing Lead, you’ll serve as West Coast Kelp’s one-person marketing department. You’ll be responsible for planning and implementing our marketing strategy, creating compelling visual content, and ensuring the world understands the impact of our work. From field footage and newsletters to digital campaigns and analytics, you’ll shape the voice and visibility of our brand.

This is a rare opportunity to take creative and strategic ownership at an early stage, with room to grow into a senior leadership role as we expand.
